£150 per night (3 nights minimum stay required) / £1000 per week, for up to 8 people*, plus a refundable security deposit of £150.
*Additional tenants may be accommodated only by prior permission at a rate of £30 per night, per person.
The rate is inclusive of electricity, gas, fresh linen/towel supply, garden maintenance and house cleaning prior to stay and after departure.

- No smoking inside the house.
- Phone service is not provided, however Alderney has access to multiple mobile phone networks.
